Pricing

Phase I pricing is based on a rate of $190 per chart. The total price depends upon the number of charts undergoing IEUR, between 20 charts ($3,800) to a full month sample. A minimum 100 chart sample is recommended ($19,000).

Phase II and III pricing is assessed upon a per chart basis, influenced by the following factors:

  • Extent of paper vs electronic archived documents
  • Ability to “print” electronic archived documents to a standard graphics format which can be converted to a tiff image
  • Extent of electronic data streams that may be available for laboratory, vital and other data
  • Clinical nature of the patient population (trauma vs community vs specialty care)
  • Number of incidences of transfusions per chart

Phase III pricing will be negotiated following Phase II. The most important factor to focus on is the exceptional and immediate return on investment, rather than the initial cost.
