David Jadwin is the President and CEO of Columbia Healthcare Analytics. Working
as a Pathologist, the concept for CHA rose from Dr. Jadwin’s observation of a need
for change in transfusion medicine.
David earned his B.S. cum laude in Biochemistry at Eastern Michigan University.
He then went on to study Osteopathy at Michigan State University - College of Osteopathic
Medicine.
Penny Jadwin joins Columbia Healthcare Analytics as a consultant. She is responsible
for strategic planning.
Penny has twenty years experience in Information Technology management, software
application development and consulting. She is currently a Director in Enterprise
Business Relationship Management, Finance Enterprise IT for Walt Disney Worldwide
Services. She is the key point of contact and business relationship manager for
delivery of IT services to corporate finance business customers. Penny has been
with Disney from February of 2002 to present.
Between 1986 and 2002, Penny has held a number of positions in her IT career. She
began in 1986, by managing several major projects for the British Columbia Ministry
of Forests in Canada. In 1990, she moved on to create her own small business, Imagis
Technologies, Ltd., which focused on development, implementation and marketing of
an admissions and discharge identification system for 20 Corrections Canada institutions
in Canada. Penny moved on in 1998 to work for Sierra Systems, in Victoria, BC, and
later relocating to El Segundo, CA. As a Principal and Senior Project Manager, she
provided business and technology consulting services with a mission to improve the
operational performance of clients through the delivery of superior information
technology.
Penny earned her Bachelor of Art in English with First Class Honors from the University
of Victoria in British Columbia. She returned to the University of Victoria in 1995
to complete an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Information Technology.
Elise Walker joins Columbia Healthcare Analytics as the Director of Canadian Operations.
She is responsible for general office administration and marketing strategies.
Prior to joining CHA, Elise completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from
the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. Elise is currently based
in Victoria, BC.
Arthur joins CHA as a consultant, specializing in financial analysis as well as
systems and networking administration.
Before working with Columbia Healthcare Analytics, Inc, Arthur was a Sr. Financial
Analyst with Curative Healthcare Services, Inc (recently changed to Critical Care
Systems, Inc). Critical Care Systems provides specialty infusion services as well
as bleeding disorders services. CCS was a top wholesale distributor of Hemophilia
factor in the community with specialty pharmacies nation wide. While at CCS, Arthur
designed and analyzed their core revenue business (Hemophilia), managed their month
end close process and was technical lead for an enterprise wide software implementation.
Arthur began his experience prior to CCS with The Walt Disney, Co. Assigned to The
Disney Stores, Inc. corporate Financial Reporting department, Arthur performed monthly
close activities for the Fixed Assets group. Duties included the analysis of month-over-month
P&L and balance sheet accounts and reconciliation of capital project costs. Arthur
was technical lead for SAP software implementation.
While attending The University of Arizona, Arthur worked as a Network Administrator
for The Center for Management of Information. While at CMI, Arthur developed his
skills from a low-level tech support specialist to a lead Network Administrator
managing 20 Windows NT/2000 Servers and over 120 workstations/laptops. Arthur also
enhanced his skill set by training to be on of CMI's group meeting facilitators.
Through the use of an in-house collaboration software called GroupSystems, Arthur
conducted pre-planning activities, facilitation and reporting for various clients.
This combination of skill sets enabled Arthur to participate on several projects
involving the US Navy. Arthur co-authored the paper, "Experiences Developing a Virtual
Environment to Support Disaster Relief with the United States Navy's Commander Third
Fleet" and was published in the proceedings of the 33rd Hawaii International Conference
on Systems Sciences.
